What would be spouse priority date as it’s not written on i485 receipt notice for spouse.
Hi everyone
Quick question: My GC was approved few weeks back however I added my spouse sometime last year by sending her i485 with my receipt approval notice for i140.
Would my spouse priority date also be the date on my i140 or it’s gonna be the date we submitted her i485.
Asking this because there’s no priority date written on her i485 receipt notice.
Thanks to anyone who can help clarify.

I'm a dependent on my wife's eb3 case, there's no priority date written on mine also. I think the dependents are current always

same as primary maybe, when I asked my lawyer about pd and if my case was current, they said "dependents are current"
