My card was produced 7 days ago and USPS hasn't picked up the card yet. Not sure how long its gonna take them to deliver my card. #CardWasProduced

don’t wait for the picked up, keep your eyes in the mailbox, i got mine in mailbox without picked up or tracking updates

@Jay D yes. sometimes they’re so helpful and they will tell you things you can’t see it, example. when they transfer your case and where it’s. and sometimes if a officer is working in your case etc. but some of Emma agents are not helpful at all
