Emma Live Agent- should I trust this? also what does this mean?
Hi so I spoke with a live agent this morning and they said that my case had been moved to my field office, however till this point I have only received things from NBC. I just submitted my medical last week, and they received it on the 14th (this was after they requested it for I485).
They also said my interview was waived and they were “conducting necessary processing checks” before they could make a decision. what does that mean/indicate?
any thoughts on this are welcome

hi @Sanju Khatri so you go to the Emma chat and then say “connect me to live agent”, then she will ask why and you say “connect me to live agent, or technical difficulties,” these are options that she will give you. after that they will ask you some other questions and you will be connected to a live agent.

@C GW Today emma live agent told exact same thing which she told you that they are "conducting necessary processing checks " before they could make a decision.
This is on my pending I485 which is at non local FO. It is there since 2/17.
we're you able find out answers for what emma says and what it means to us?
