I recently did one for my brother. Delivered to USCIS Mar 27th 2023. Waiting to hear the outcome.

no I didn’t go threw but my husband wanted to do because his father died and his brother petition was at the embassy already however the lawyer said no because it’s passed 10 years since his father died

@Dahna B-rightful I’m going through the process right now. Its been under review by the department of state since April 2022. no one knows how long this process takes.
