@Humaira Latif Birth Certificate the orignal and translated in same PDF , Police clearnce from the county the beneficiary live in currently , marriage certificate original and translated in same pdf , 5*5 photos pdf , and photo in color for the beneficiary passport the page that had the details in pdf.

thats for the petitioner you will need w-2, tax transcripts, paystubs , etc.

@Humaira Latif btw , on the uscis website 2-4 days after the approval the status will change from “Case Approved” to “Case sent to the department of state” , then allow it 2-5 days for welcome letter 🎉

@still waiting Tax Transcripts are easy to get , just type on google tax transcripts and go though irs.gov

NVC Dose anyone know how long it takes to get the latter in NVC and opne the IV application and 260 form for filling, my case is family I-130

We got approved 48 days ago and no feedback from NVC yet. How long should we wait to receive letter of confirmation? the status has not changed yet, it is case approved only. hola Manu days shall we wait to get approved from NVC? or DQ? please help me with some information
