Medical RFE for I 485
Hi,
I just now realized upon browsing on this forum that I received a Medical RFE only for my Green Card application! They received my medical on the 13th as per athe website update.
My question is, do you think they will ask for another RFE Medical for my I-130. I see a lot of you received the medical request for that application. My I-130 still just says “case received” and not actively reviewing or anything.
My case is at NBC.

You don’t need medicals for the i130, just for i485! hope you have a response soon! Good luck.

@C GW yes ! @Jay Ayle is correct if your case is marriage based they will ask for bona fide marriage RFE if you didn’t submit anything. Good luck.

@God’s child Hi, yes, we did send all the documents. so I am not expecting one.
I guess now I just wait for the next step. it just worries me that they haven’t don’t anything with the I 130

chances are you'll be getting your gc approved in matter of days. that's the new way of telling you your interview had been waived. they would normally ask you to bring these to the interview. 👏 good luck . I got the same and sent my medical in on Friday. still waiting but... let's see
