how long have you been waiting since they transferred to the FO, you can send me your phone number

I am in the same boat, I don’t know weather it went to my FO or still at NBC, it has been more than 7months it still says correspondent is under review and will get in touch if we need something else. I am just getting exhausted…

@herty you can call USCIS and they will tell you. I’m exhausted too 😭

@a z make sure it is really in the field office. I know few people in similar boat, called USCIS and they said yes case already transfered to USCIS from court. they scheduled info pass and u know what? the officer said ur case it’s not with USCIS

@domino I spoke to T2 and they said it’s in the FO just got transferred on March 27. I tried making an Infopass for the second time in March and they denied it. when I went for the first Infopass appointment, I gave them the judges termination order.It was in October of 2022.

@a z best of luck. and the answer to ur question, there’s no fixed timeline of when u will get ur RFE or interview. if it’s in the FO they will process ur case so it will be in interview queue. just give it month and try to schedule info pass again. don’t give up

@domino went to the info pass appointment. I found out that my case is under background check. it’s been in FO for almost 4 month 😭 still nothing
