Please help me understand "The case is processing"
Hello people, it's been a while since I last chatted with an agent, but I just did and they told me: "All I can see is the case is processing".
Now what does that mean, what do you think? Does it mean "you're within normal processing times" or does it mean someone might actually be reviewing my case? Thanks

I was told my case moved in March since then I have not heard anything. I was told by the agent that they are working on my case. I don't get anything again. my pd is Dec 2021
