Petition Approval Timeline
My petition was filed on July 6, 2022 and since then no change in status. What might be going on? When can I have my application approved? Any thoughts.

unfortunately, it appears like there is no way other than waiting. Due to this delay, I am losing some of the good opportunities.

Hi Sowmya, I think you can ask your employer to check with uscis after 2months of your rfe response status

I have an update on my status!
My application status has been changed to RFE on May 23. I’ll have to wait for the hard copy of the letter to know what they are looking for.
I am pretty sure that yours also will get updated pretty soon!
