my husband is still in his country and I live in US
what's interesting is my service center was Vermont but approval came from California
one entire year of waiting and I know we still have more time but I have hope now it will happen

Is USCIS serious about 46-month time frame for the 1-130 petition at the National Benefits Center? It seems like for citizens, it's 36.5 months, which is still a long ass wait time.
This is crazy.
Anyone heard back with their i-130 from September 2022 PD?
Emma said my 1-485 interview seems to be waived, and is just waiting for the i-130 to be completed. What's going on with NBC?!

divorce
I was married to a green card holder, and then he became a, citizen when we were married. I applied for Vawa on July 2022; on January 2023, he signed the divorce, and the judge gave him shared physical and legal custody and to paid child support. Would this cause me any issues because he was mental abuse to me but not our baby? And by the judge gave him shared custody also the baby lives with me

I130, I765, I131 been approved long time ago.
Received NOID for I485 regarding my I601. My attorney did his best to defense me. Finally I601 was approved days ago.

On eb1c . already I140 and EAD approved. concurrent filing. No biometrics yet. PD is 9 Nov 22. waiting i485 and AP approval, can anyone share what is the process of getting biometrics? Will we get letter from USCIS? how much days in advance they tell us? will we receive invitations for whole family ? dependent and principal applicant both ? when they invite us , is this updated on lawfully updates? or when they took biometrics then it gets updated only ? any answer will be welcome.
