Firstly, the beneficiary needs to create an account with USCIS using the access code, then answer a few questions then submit to CBP One. secondly the beneficiary needs to download the CBP One app then create an account, create profile, scan passport, take a Selfie (photo), apply for travel authorization then submit. if done right, you will get the travel authorization in a few hours. when you create the CBP One app, you might have to use a Us phone number to get the code.
