anyone got approved in March still waiting for the GC?
I was approved on 3/22 and still haven’t received the “card produced” update. i chatted with Emma and was told the card was sent to production on 4/17. Any similar cases?

Saudi birth certificate
I got rfe saying my birth certificate date doesn't match to the one on my passport. the issue is it was registered according to the Islamic calender only. I used the same document, translation with explanation during k1 process but the issue still there. anyone had same experience having document with different regional or national dates?

Priority Date
For #vawa approved filers that didn't file concurrently with 1-485; what priority date is used once the i-485 is submitted? The new receipt date or does immigration use the i-360 priority date? #vawa #1-485. Priority date was left blank of the receipt notice sent. If anyone has the same experience, I will appreciate your feedback.
I-765 Finally Done!!!
Thanks God my wife’s I-765 is finally done now we pray that her green card will soon be ready and we will have an interview or the interview will be waived. Everyone stay positive. It takes time but once it finally gets completed you’ll be ecstatic. !

My case is finally approved! 3days after responding to the NOID.
My case is just approved 3mins ago!
I got a NOID 1month ago and was really disappointed..
However, I replied 31days later and my green card got approved 3days after ny submission, which was this afternoon.
Gosh I’m so happy!

May my i485 application be rejected? EB2-NIW
I sent my i485 application (EB2-NIW) with priority date July 13, 2022 on March 30, 2023 (Thursday) and lockbox received it on April 2, 2023 (Sunday). For April's "Dates for filing" chart, the priority date is December 1, 2022 for me and "Final action dates" chart is July 1, 2022 for me.
They widrew the money today from my bank account and I now have a receipt number, but this other USCIS webpage says "For all employment-based preference categories, you must use the Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for April 2023." Would they reject my petition afterward? If affirmative, do you know how much time could it take until I know that decision?

I had interview yeaterday and 130 is approved just now. 485 is still actively reviewed so looks like there is no visa availability.
Just received the notice this week, they transferred my case to NBC, NBC will make decision when it is current.
