receipt notice
so after 4 month finally I got my 1797 receipt notice and my EAD was update to finger print were taken I don’t know what that means, did they used my old finger print from my 1485 application or am going to get and new fingerprint date and also my 1360 was updated to case transferred to another office pls I don’t understand what that means any suggestions or advice will really appreciate it #vawa #casestatus
Request for evidence to expedite i765
hi everyone. I called and asked to expedite i765 last week and I just got a request for evidence. I got a great job offer to start in July as I graduate from my masters degree next month. I would prefer to not lose this offer because of work permit issues.
I know what the instructions say about who is eligible, but I would like some examples of what qualifies as appropriate evidence so I don’t get rejected. Can someone share their experience?
