@kemisha will was your ead under c31 ? if yes, you won't get approved until your vawa case is approved, if no they get your lawyer to expedite it, same thing happened to me I got mine after 490 days

@Dez 21 the EAD was filed before the i360.
I had filed i130 & AOS concurrently and when things got sour I filed i360.
my EAD is c09. and I'm 429 days behind you days🤦♀️
