Eb4: Change of employers while I-485 is pending
Can we change employers while I-485 is pending for eb4 religious workers? I know there’s I-485j form for other employment bases categories if they change employers after 180days but not sure for eb4. Now that the things changed coz of retrogression, I would like to know if there’s any option for changing employers.

RFE after Deficiency Notice (both for the Physical)
I received a deficiency notice from the National Center in October 2022, and received RFE from the local field office (Nashville) in March 2023. Are they waiving the interview? How long after I sent the sealed form should the status change? They sure received my form a month ago but the status isn’t showing this.

NO vaccines (got my waiver) and no lawyers. It can be done! Our case took longer than it should have to process because the first civil surgeon messed up my paperwork and I had to get a second medical exam. Found out later that the guy actually had his license taken away in another state but apparently in America doctors can just move if that happens and practice medicine elsewhere 😬 moral of the story is VET your doctors before you use them.
I still can't believe we're finally approved. I haven't seen my family in almost 4 years because of the Biden administration's tyranny and not letting people without vaccines enter the country. So glad it's all finally over.

Confusion about F1 and EAD
Hello guys,
I’m an F1 student and using EAD to work for my sponsor. My attorney said that I’ll just need to notify my school with that. I did and they responded as below. Do they mean I can maintain my F1 status and using my EAD to work at the same time? Also, why is it a violation because as far as I know, F1 status will be terminated as soon as EAD is used. I’m so confused. My I-485 is still pending btw.
“Thank you for providing us with a copy of your EAD card. After further evaluation, it appears that your I-20 is ending on May 20, 2023. You have a 60-day grace period from the end date of your I-20 to take action on your record. If your change of status has not been approved and you do not register for full-time, your record will be terminated for the violation (failure to enroll). Please contact your immigration lawyer to discuss any possible implications to the termination of your F-1 status.
If you would like to maintain your status and continue with school, you may submit a Change of Educational level request form with new financials and letter of guarantee (if you're being sponsored).”
Can I withdraw N400 application
I seriously think that my I751 is getting delayed even more because of my concurrent N400 application and USCiS will cite a combo interview to drag this out longer . I don’t really care about N400 and just want that I751 approved for 10 years so my family and I have a sense of stability . I see folks in other service centers who applied 1.5 years after me already get approved . So to that how can I withdraw my N400 application and just keep my I751?

crying of joy and excitement
My 485 just got approved (on 4/20, is this a sign or something?) . For now, the wait is over (until I need to apply again to remove condition lol). I spent so many days web surfing information about my application, stories form people, thinking what could I have done better to sped up my process! I’m feeling such a big relief.
I want to thank this community for all the support, definitely made a huge difference for my mental health. today I’ll celebrate for me, but in my heart I’ll be praying for everyone to get their cases approved soon.
Backgorund in case you’re interested:
PD: 05/26/2022 - I didn’t send medical exam with main application.
- March 21, 2023 got courtesy letter from the Fresco FO, saying that I could send my medical if I hadn’t. But they clearly mention that the letter was NOT an RFE.
- send medical by mail on 05/11/2023 to the address in the courtesy notice.
-4/19: I-130 approved.
- 4/20 (is this a sign??): I-485 approved.

RFE Response
Hello, does anyone have a case where their attourney submit the response to the RFE but you also uploaded the same response to your online account. My field office received the response but I wonder if uploading the same response to my online account would be helpful or not? or could be jeopardizing?
