Interview no legal status
Hi
My I -130 was approved. Now at NVC and interview location London. But I am out of status in UK. Am I able to attend the interview?
I was able to obtain the police certificate from Uk although I don’t have status . And it is clean.

you are fine, I’ve seen people from Dubai without any status collect visa.
