I did reach out to a congressman and he sent me the same message what is on my uscis account. saying it's in the normal processing time.

same for me not really helpful, hope yours is different

Ours was actually helpful! He also had to tell us that we were still in normal processing times but told us a new estimate for the processing times that USCIS told him and that was way closer to what it ended up being. We also could’ve reached out to him again after a few weeks but were approved before. Hope they can be helpful for you too! :)

thank you for your responses. I’m waiting for the I-485 to be approved, since 8/17/21 :( I-130 was approved in January but now I’m still waiting

My case is the same with @Laura R. After I reached out to my congresswoman, she has her staff called USCIS (did mention that they can’t intervene the process from USCIS) but I did get my card produced right after they contacted

@Pepertua A no :( still hasn’t been enough time for the congress to help, And lawyers said I need to wait longer :(

I searched ‘congress’ on here and saw people who waited 5 years in some posts I read!! it’s so ridiculous!! 😩😩

Still waiting for a decision since April 10 after contacting the congressman. July 10 and today I received the exact same update. That my expedite request is under review but there is a delay in the final adjudications due to workload factors not related to my case smh.
