Date on RFE received of I-485 changed to today’s date
Hi everyone,
My RFE on I-485 was received on January 17 2023. However, today when I logged in to to my uscis account, I saw “response received on April 21 2023”
anybody has had that before?

Hi what was your RFE for, we are near in PD mine is 11/14/2022 however i receive my EAD already and sent the RFE from december 20, 2022 dead slience since

Hi when did you receive your EAD? my RFE was about my wife’s tax return and also to send the form I-485 again because one page was missing.

@moe na that means they are working on your case! You might get approved today! My husband was approved the day this msj show up in the Rfe windows. I hope all the best for you!

Hello everyone!
received a letter from USCIS stating that my form I-485 is pending final adjudication after sending my tax returns as RFE. Does anybody know what this statement mean?
