Good Afternoon. How can it take for USCIS, to respond back to you after you sent them your RFE response?

I got rfe twice about sponsorship, about two months for them to response. Now just send in medical rfe, will see.

i sent RFE response on april 15th went to active review 2 days later but no update since..

ughh! same here sent my RFE 3 months ago it says uscis working on your case again.

It took them approx a week for uscis to update that they received my rfe and then approx 2 weeks for them to approve my case.

@MisEnd irach Medical. That was what happened with my case. Everyone’s case is different. some might take longer; im just speaking based on what happened with my case.

than i got an RFE for proof of bonafide marriage
