@Fernando g you go to uscis.gov and select the chat with Emma and them type “talk with a live agent” and follow the instructions! when you get a live representative tell them if you can get the tracking number for your card if it’s assigned a tracking number already they will give it to you! and check your mail too you might get it without any update.
