my is July 2021 yesterday case status changed RFE was sent

haven't seen any 2021 approved yet, maybe just one

AT wellick No Idea my first RFE was about Good moral character this is Second after long time

august 2021, only got a PF determination

July 2021, 3 PF no update so far

October 2021 PA and 2 pf no RFE yet still waiting

November 2020 and still waiting

June 2021 3 pf

December 2020 still nothing

july 2021 no update. got 3 PF AND ead and combo after 5 months of applying nothing yet.

@Elina Burlutchi I noticed your earlier post where you said you can use your priority date I-130, approval notice was made in 2016. may be I am mistaking

@shreyash p my lawyer said that priority date works only if spouse is GH, my case was expedited by humanitarian reason

@Elina Burlutchi - Hey dear! I applied my I360 in October, received my receipts december, and my PF March - not received my EAD card yet. My i485 I already applied in my marriage process in 2021
