Another option is to write to your vawa center directly to expedite your case. Dont forget to include proof. One other path is to contact your congressman to ask for an expedite on your behalf. I’m sorry to hear that. You can try to submit a expidite resquest through the uscis website, you go to the chat with Emma and ask to talk to an officer. You say to him you want to submit an expidite request. He will ask the reason, you will choose Humanitarian Reason. If he asks for more information, you can say that your father is very sick in you home country and that’s why your are asking for to expidite your parole. He will submit your request to the office where your case is. It will take up to 7 days to them to answer if they will approve or not the request. In the meantime they can ask for additional evidence through email. My wife was in the same situation, in 2 days they approved the request and more 4 they approved the parole, luckily they didn’t ask for evidences.

i recieve the email need a evidences for my father he not unhealthy . but i send certificate of the doctor that my father hes diagnos of the lungs and the prescription . they said ianother evidence that my father its sick

i went to my local uscis office and applied for one. They gave it tom me the same day and flew to my home country. I had no problem coming back in LAx
