I got my I-360 approved a couple months ago and I applied for the I-485 and I-765!! Now I received a letter from USCIS with my I-360 approved with deferred action!!!
I am wondering if I can have the work permit still? do I need to apply for it again or just wait for them to arrive ? I have the receipt number here and it gives me my ranking!
RFE received for I130 not having joint account
hello, we had our interview for I-130. filed online and the officer was asking for joint checking account which we did not have. we sent joint tax returns, joint savings, 401k, joint house purchase. but he wants to see the joint checking with all our activities. asked us to upload evidence online. didn’t receive any letter for RFE. Any suggestions?
K1 & K2 approved at interview, K1 has green card, K2 no change...
Hi there,
Received a call 2 weeks prior to interview for K1 saying K2 medical has been misplaced. Decided to redo medical for K1 and K2 and bring the new medicals to the interview, along with K2 as instructions were unclear.
Went for an interview 03/23, told at the interview that K2 interview was going to be waived but was missing medical and the case had moved from local office to another location. The officer managed to retrieve the case from the other location to local office but there was an error in the system leaving K2 case on read only. Both K1 & K2 told they were approved, but due to the issue with the error it would take some time to rectify. 3 days later K1 status changed to approved and received NOA and GC in the mail one & two weeks after the interview date respectively.
K2 has had no change in status on the online case file. Been in contact with uscis through ask Emma on three occasions. First time told to wait, second time told that the case was indeed at the local field office, on the third occasion managed to convince uscis to put in a request to contact from tier 2 officer. It has been 12 days since the request was put in and haven't heard anything yet.
Is there anything else we can do? Has anyone had experience with this kind of issue? We're afraid that the K2 has been lost somewhere.

Hello community,was wondering has anyone been able to do anything with receipts from USCIS,whiles waiting for any updates on docs ,say are u able to get temp license or state idd or something ? tnx if you don’t mind sharing with us because I am assuming since we already in the system and waiting on hearings ,In the meantime we can apply for some sort of idd cuz being here with nothing to ur name is wild !
