Pictures of Marriage application
Hi!! my lawyer send my application online but told me she chouldnt upload all the pictures we sent and that i had choose only the most important ones since the documents were too heavy. At the end she only sent 10 pictures and we are afraid it will not be enough.
Do you know if you can send more documents even if they didnt have asked for them?
How many are enough? we have sent as well our marriage certificate, 4 letter of our friends attetisnf the relationship and a joint bank account.

Anyone else’s timeline missing information?
Biometrics we’re done for the i485/i130 and again for the i765, but biometrics are not even showing up on the timeline. I see them on other people’s timelines when they share them! Anyone else having this issue also?

Hi All,
My wife is a USC, applied for her mom. as part of the application we will have to submit an AOS. I am still waiting to get my status adjusted and we been filinng taxes jointly.
her income covers the requirment, so now do I have to be on that form? should she mention the total income of ours or just her part of the earning?
should I be concerned
I applied June 2022. I received receipts in November 2022 and Prima facie January 2023. No biometrics. I used a few waiver. anyone else’s look similar to mine? should I be concerned that I haven’t received a biometrics appointment?
