Individual hearing of asylum in 2025.
hey guys I filled VAWA last year I got 2 PF . I got EAD . they have taken finger prints already for both i485 and i360 . please tell me what will happen to my asylum pending ? will I be able to do cancellation of removal proceedings after I approve VAWA ??

@ny usa my attorney alresdy filled motion to the court I have my final hearing was this year but then I received notice form court that my court date has changed to 2025 . is this because off motion my lawyer filled ?

@fg tre no motion to terminate the asylum doesn’t effect processing of VAWA . it might does effect if you don’t put motion
