How much did your medical exam cost?
I got my rfe for my medical exam. I only contacted the nearest place to me and they charged a $100 deposit and $250 on the day of the visit so $350 in total. I’m just outside of Philadelphia. No vaccines were needed for me. How much did your exam cost?

mine was $350 dollars, +$60 for a vaccine I was missing. Also, I screwed up with the form, so the doctor filled out the wrong form and the doctor charged me $185 extra for that 😡. I’m in San Francisco, CA. So I’m assuming that this prices are higher that national averages

Paid $200 in Michigan for the paper work and rest it depends on your insurance and vaccine history ( since TB blood Test and Gonorrhoeae Urine Test was covered by insurance, and had all vaccines, ended up paying $200)

@w moo yes, COVID vaccine was required I believe my doctor said I needed proof of at least 3 doses and I showed it to them
