Hello!!!
Please advise me on my case, it's about 2 years now that I have submitted for I-140. Is it possible that USCIS forget my case or something? The situation just got me thinking that is it possible for them to have forgotten me? Has anyone been in this situation? How can some officers be so cruel? Even if you wanna deny a case, you should do it promptly. About 2 years now,i really donou what to do. Advise me please. Like is this even normal at all?

Hi Guys, I want to share my situation and ask for opinions. I received my GC 1 year ago. I have been working for my sponsor for 7 months. I gave them a 2 weeks notice letter saying I was going to stop working in 2 weeks as everyone told me there was no problem. However, the agency and the sponsor are threatening me. The agency sent me a fraud letter directed to the immigration fraud department saying that I did not have good faith and that I used the eb3 program only to get the GC, only because I worked 7 months, not 12. The letter is signed by my sponsor . In the letter they ask for the withdrawal my i140. Is anyone going through this too? What to do? am I at risk?
