if they didn’t ask don’t! let an RFE come if they need more evidence. have you submitted other evidence?

yes I did send up evidence only got rfe for medical from nov and they received so I’m just waiting on approval or interview @C GW

@ari reed yeah, I would just wait specially because taxes from this year won’t really add much you know considering your application is from a different year. good luck to you. I am also just waiting :) and that’s the hardest part

I had the same question, but ended up not sending anything. I wanted to send new taxes, my new passport (old one expried in early April) and my new drivers license (old one expried in oct). but never send any updates and it got approved anyways.

I uploaded mine as first time filing together since married without RFE in February, and I-130 got approved March. It might help prove your bonafide marriage case. The more evidence, the stronger your case.

@Neesh Girl did you send because you didn’t send up any evidence initially? because I sent up evidence pics lease tax from previous yrs or whatever and only got rfe for medical so idk if I should upload this and they didn’t ask

@ari reed I was scared to upload as well cause I didn’t submit any evidence when filing just joint tax and I did upload and my I130 approved it’s there for a reason u can upload it

@ari reed I did submit evidence when I initially filed. I uploaded my joint tax returns end of February and my I-130 got approved on Mar 28th and received RFE for medical same day for I-485 because I did not submit when I filed. My I-485 was approved 2 weeks after medical was submitted. If you received RFE for medical then that’s a good sign
