hey, the option for premium processing is here for you. use it. don’t waste time trying to wait for them. the benefits of having it adjudicated quicker far outweighs the funds. if my calculations are right, your date will be current. use it wisely

The issue of using premium processing on a long process like that is that it feels like you might be the next in line and you’re gonna “waste” that money.. I really don’t get why some cases are processed in a few months and others take several years. That’s not fair at all.

@R R it’s inefficiency, laziness, and math, so they can show they’re processing cases faster. they’re taking 1st cases that arrived later. I’ve seen cases approved from 2022 and 2023. The worst are cases from 2020, then 2021. Our case (an NIW going to EB1-B) hasn’t still being approved, but our I-140 NIW was approved by itself in Aug/2022, we applied to the EB1-B just to be a able to pay PP, when the NIW was approved we already had the EB1-B approved with PP. Our Combo cards were out of time and arrived 3 and 4 months after sending the first OOT inquiry, and now our I-485 and I-485J are also OOT, and we’re sending inquiries to see if that helps. We also already contacted our congressman, but they told us they’ll make the inquiry but not to expect too much since we don’t have any reason to expedite, even if our case is OOT. BTW our priority date is March/2021

@James Madison... Thank you for this advise. I donou if I will be able to apply for adjustment of status is one reason I didn't wanna do premium now. I learnt that even those who got approval lately cannot adjust their status

@the best always happens.... That almost three years. Where did you buy patience from? It's just not fair to respond to some people in 7 days and another had to wait for 1000 days to get a simple feedback

@R R you totally understand what I feel daily. I am in different groups where people share their success stroy in very short time. Then I always feel like it me next. Then something tells me doing premium is a waste of money if people have gotten it in 1 month. I was surprised when someone shared 4 days approval news. My officer is XM2150 HE'S SO SO CRUEL

@Read 1 your priority date is currentl. you can apply for AOJ. now is the time, be smart about it. your green card and what you can do is worth more than 2500. Your priority date is July 24th 2021. the current action date is Feb 15 2022. Please get it sorted.

ps, I was in your shoe 2 months ago, replied my RFE and it was taking about 75 days before response. I paid pp abs got approved within 15 days.

@Fernando It’s going to work Honestly I am still waiting and that's because I don't have the money and I have time. If I have to pay, I am gonna have to loan that somewhere. At this point I cannot because paying doesn't increase my chance, it's only tell on time.
