90 days
On April 26th will be the 90 day mark. I have heard if by the 90th day you have not heard anything about your I-134A then I need to call. But the USCIS number is just automated. Does anyone know of a tel number that you can actually talk to a person?

when you call them there will be a voice talking to you ask you for your receipt number you have to say your receipt ,then it will say how can I help you say you want to make an appointment it will ask you what kind of of appointment would like to make then say info pass appointment they will transfer you to an agent
again if you call them they will tell you to wait and the form I-134A doesn't have any processing time
from my experience that whatbthey told me

@Laura segundo remember if you checking your case here, lawfully count weekend and holidays as well. take the weekend and holidays off. also USCIS say it might take 90 days or more because if the volume.

I have passed the 90 days, called them and same information but thank you for your message
