You marriage certificate with him,then ur previous marriage divorce decree,form I94,his birthday certificate,ur birthday,passport photographs,am sure his medical from home country is still valid but u will need more clarification on that

You need to complete the I-485, I-131, I-765, and I-864. You will want to submit your marriage certificate, identifying documents for you both, medical exam from home country, etc.
