approval?
hey guys just got approved for my I-130 right but I also got an email from uscis saying my green card is in production but it didn’t change to approved of anything(still showing RFE was recieved ). just that email stating I inquired about it and it is in production and I should get it within the 13 days.
Anyone else got approved without it showing on your profile?
edit : spoke with an agent she said I was approved and my card is in production but because they haven’t sent out the notice as yet I won’t see it.
Humanitarian Parole from India
My brothers Humanitarian Parole is approved because my other citizen brother in the U.S. is not doing well due to a Traumatic Brain Injury. I was wondering if the EAD or SS number is only available for Haitians etc. or can he apply for them as well until he’s here on the Humanitarian parole?

I contacted an agent yesterday and was told this: the status shows that the response was reviewed on 05/25. The assignment's ownership also changed on that date meaning it was turned over to an officer to take the case further. Does that mean I'll have news soon? Today marks 11 months since I applied. And my last update was about WP 💔
Transfer I-485 to another office
Hello everyone!
in January we got a denial in our I-140. We submitted Appeal in April 24 and are waiting on it (I-290B) and just received this letter from USCIS:
“We transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case.”
They transferred from Texas to NBC.
Does anyone know why they do that?

This would make someone loose their mind.
I Don't know why my i485 adjudication would take this long, it is depressing when you hear people get theirs just 2 months after the vawa was approved.

It has been stressful and this month it will be 1 year since I went to my adjustment of status interview and still nothing. My case is being actively reviewed. Until when? miami field office ..December 6 2021, anyone in the same situation
my case still not approved???
The officer has been working on my case since 05:10:2023 but still no approval. Kindly, does anyone have any interpretation what can be occuring since they are working on this case since date mentioned above. It also mention, that was the last time they reviewed it. Thank You Guys

No response after interview
Guys, can someone give me a light? My PD is July 2020, I-140 approved in April 2022 and interview held in February of this year, which comes out with an RFE requesting a document from my old student visa that I did not have in hand at the time of the interview but that I managed to send in the following day. Turns out I'm waiting for a response until the exact moment and nothing, not even a notice that they received my RFE response. 4 months have passed since my interview and I haven't received a response so far, this waiting is agonizing, would anyone know how to inform the average time to finally know the final verdict? gratitude!
