@Divine intervention we will continue to Tank God. Without him we are nowhere nobody. The frustration is doubled even after you get the approval, I have been on this journey since 2017

have they asked for your medical form yet for the i485?

Oly Ray I understand but it’s just crazy how we can’t do nothing but wait 🤦🏽‍♂️. I been approved on i360 Dec 13 2022, my i485 FP again same day but till now no news. it’s worrisome but I’m keeping my cool 😊

@Tom Cruse Writ of Mandamus is 1 way traffic you must be sure you are using a very good and experienced lawyer. Do you have any lawyer that you can recommend?

@oly Ray mine was approved since March 2021, no medical request, nothing since then, I switched from marriage base to vawa, I dont know if am suppose to file a new i485 or they will use the marriage base i485..its frustrating and confusing

my status is not denied, its shows waiting for correspondence since, its was put on hold cos I filed for vawa

@j h we are in the same boat ,my vawa was approved Nov 2021, and then I got the courtesy letter of medical when my file go transfered to NBC, I have since Ben reaching out to Congressman for help but USCIS been responding that they are on background check. I don't know what they are stuck on cos I work in the most critical industry in the US, I have to do FBI check before I can even work there. It's just hilarious.
