One Step Application Timeline
I've been DACA in the U.S. since 17, so no unlawful status. I've left and entered the country through a port of entry with advanced parole (University class), I married a U.S. born citizen last year (we dated for 7 years prior to getting married). Went through a lawyer to file all the necessary applications to adjust my status. Even sent the medical examination in with the documents. Mailed them to the Arizona location. Does anyone have a similar story or experience that could share a potential timeline for when I could start receiving correspondence from USCIS? Including approvals for travel and such? Thanks!! Hoping to give USCIS a nice easy case!
New i131 reciept

can I put a different mailing address on the AR11 form?
will be filing for my permanent green card soon but will also be moving at around the same time. however not sure exactly how long I’ll live in the new place. I see you can put mailing address as separate line on the ar11 form.
can I , for example, put my parents address in a different state as the mailing address until I can stabilize my housing situation? just don’t want to miss out on any notifications, etc.
experience
it was a long process I started back in October 2020 they rfe me 2 times and documentarily qualified 2022 and finally received appointment for July 2023 it's a lot of waiting but at the end is worth it. I will finally be able to live with my husband and start our family

Received DQ but also message saying This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor...
Just received DQ from our CR-1 application submitted May 18th.
However, despite being well above the income threshold (income above $130,000 for only spouse visa) we also received a message stating:
"This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p."
Several possible reasons for triggering this message; 1) I just moved back to the US from working overseas for the previous 10 years and did not submit W-2's as they were not available from foreign employers; 2) I just started a new job and while I did provide a salary letter from my employer I only submitted last month's pay-stub; and 3) I filed an extension for my 2022 tax return.
Thoughts and advice on how to proceed? I would very much prefer not to get a co-sponsor. #dq #interview

GOOD NEWS
USCIS service centers are now prioritizing the processing of Form I-130 preference petitions for which an the Department of State Visa Bulletin shows that an immigrant visa is available. The visa bulletin, published monthly, lists available immigrant visas by priority date. USCIS uses the visa bulletin to determine the current visa categories and priority dates before processing a Form I-130 preference petition. Service centers have prioritized our adjudication efforts so that we can focus on those cases that have visas available.
