Clarification
Hello Everyone, So I spoke to an Agent today and she told me my I-130 is at the Brooklyn Field Office. She told me the Case was ready for an Officer to review it.
is that good news or what??
also is my I-130 suppose to be at a Field Office, because it was at the NBC. just need clarifications

@Aug 2022 good luck.. Brooklyn FO here too .. the I-130 & I-485 both transferred to the FO last year on may .. still waiting

i was told similar. my case processing time changed from 4 months to taking longer to process.

How do you actually get them answer about the office reviewing? every time I tried Emma, they gave me formal answers- like wait for 60 days yada yada yada, nothing if the interview was waived or the case is already with assigned officer. Thank you!
