no more patience
how long does it take for them to say that they received your RFE or noid. I send the request documents, when I use ups tracking it says delivered but uscis hasn’t updated my case status. how long does it normally take? help !!

couple days by sometime next week you should see they update your case saying they receive it

@Thiania Daniels it took them 3.5 months to update my status to RFE received ( RFE was for medical)

@Thiania Daniels I requested to expedite the process and today they got back to me and they said that now my case under expedite review.. I don’t know how long more to wait but it’s been so long 🥹 I hope all of us here get our approvals on June

@Thiania Daniels, I did, my lawyer did as well. They just keep saying the case is pending. I applied in October 2019, had an interview in March 2020, Noid in Feb 2022. I know they are investigating me but does it really take 4 years to adjudicate a citizenship application? 🤷🏻♀️

it may never happen, they do not always update the status to say they received the response. I sent a NOID response about 10 months ago and no updates even to say they got it. I heard they have a problem matching the NOID response back to your application and some cases stay lost for years.
