One Step Application Timeline
I've been DACA in the U.S. since 17, so no unlawful status. I've left and entered the country through a port of entry with advanced parole (University class), I married a U.S. born citizen last year (we dated for 7 years prior to getting married). Went through a lawyer to file all the necessary applications to adjust my status. Even sent the medical examination in with the documents. Mailed them to the Arizona location. Does anyone have a similar story or experience that could share a potential timeline for when I could start receiving correspondence from USCIS? Including approvals for travel and such? Thanks!! Hoping to give USCIS a nice easy case!

Similar situation, only I never ended up using my advance parole. Timeline just started I’m afraid. How long have you been waiting?

woooow how did they forget what an awful experience. It’s been 3 months still only says case received for me I sent medical in all together in the beginning. Not unusual but I know some newer applications have been approved extremely fast.
