@Nickon zabra just had a conversation with my lawyer and he told me not to do so for now they have the right to ignore the mandamus if your case still within the normal processing time .. I sent a case assistant request to the DHS office of ombudsman and next day my status updated to RFE received ( medical) .. now I’m waiting for the result of the expedite request I did last week .. earlier today I received by email that they sent my request to the proper division for further consideration.. Iater I found a notice under my documents stating the same thing.. btw tgey updated the status 3.5 months after I mailed out the medical RFE

roro April 2022 I told my lawyer to fil mandamus but he just send the notice of intent to fil mandamus against uscis attorney general.he said it will work but never experienced it.did you already hear from that?
