A month ago I received an email that said that my request was approved. but I still didn’t receive any notice. so i called to USCIS and they said that my request was not approved and they dont see any responses on my request 😂😂 California SC. btw use my code for free gems

Does pending U visa petition impact the review and approval of the pending I-485 with approved VAWA?
Hello friends,
Does anyone know or heard /read anywhere that if a person has an approved VAWA, a pending i-485 and a pending U visa petition, then their pending i-485 does not get approved up until the decision is made on the pending U visa?
I have an old U visa case pending since 2016. My vawa was approved in November of 2022 and I have filed an I-485 along with it and it is still pending without an update. The only thing I received is the deficiency notice in december of 2023 from the NBC saying NOT to mail any docs at this time, and that they will send another notice when it is needed.

I-130 April 19, 22… Still no progress
I got a second active review on May 8.. nothing in docs.. still waiting and concerned.. 80% of cases Kn lawfully with that PD range got approved.. I’m very concerned 😟
do you know why would I get a second active review and no approval? or rfe or anything…. Case was originally in Texas and moved to Vermont .. it’s an IOE case
