I-130 April 19, 22… Still no progress
I got a second active review on May 8.. nothing in docs.. still waiting and concerned.. 80% of cases Kn lawfully with that PD range got approved.. I’m very concerned 😟
do you know why would I get a second active review and no approval? or rfe or anything…. Case was originally in Texas and moved to Vermont .. it’s an IOE case

@mike mike no idea what’s going on…I saw they start approving for June July alredy ..what about April May June ?? no idea at all ..mine same Vermont SC June 9..nothing yet ..
