Upgrading I-130 after becoming U.S. Citizen
So i did file for my spouse when i was a permanent resident and his I-130 has been approved and we have summited I-485( adjustment of status) now in actively under review, and now i am a citizen. So my question is can we update my status from permanent resident to Citizen so it can expedite the process and if so to which office can we process that. we both live here in the U.S. will be grateful for any suggestion or anyone who has experience same situation. Thanks

Green card approved notice
We receive a notice that my son’s green card was approved on 4/18. We were requested to go for biometrics on 5/3, which we did and haven’t heard nothing since. We have a cruise to Alaska (it has 1 stop in Canada) for the end of this month (since we got our green card 1 week after the approval notice). We have a valid advance parole, but wondering if there is a risk of us going outside the US now that we are just waiting for the cars to arrive? Anyone in this situation?
JUST GOT AN RFE FOR OUR I-485 (EB1)
Hi everyone! me and my husband have been on a long journey trying to get our GC through his job. We got 765 approved and 140 approved earlier this year and we are just missing AoS 485. #i-485 #rfe
We just found out USCIS sent an RFE. What could it be? i am suspecting it could be medicals. Our medicals are from Feb 2021 and we submitted our case in July 2021
what do you guys think?
