@Chopy Anani we received biometrics appointment’s notice for I-130. the letter starts with my husband’s name on it, since he is the petitioner. does that mean he need to do biometrics or I need to do it?

@mari posa I just checked my own biometrics notice and only my name was mentioned - not my husband’s. I did my biometrics in April 2023.

@Denise K is it for the form I-130? because I did my biometrics for the form I-485 (the letter had my name on it). So I’m surprised to see that biometrics letter for the form I-130!!!
