Expedite Request
Hello guys. How long after you’ve faxed additional evidence to USCIS regarding your EAD expedite request do you normally hear back from them?

still waiting 1st one took 3 months and 2nd is now over 3 weeks and still no response on the last

I faxed the evidence and still waiting for their response. I don’t know if they got the fax lol

they never responded to my first one, second one has been 6 days. Emma told me it’s with an officer. keeping my fingers crossed for now. if I don’t get a response I will try through congressman

I got mine approved one week after I faxed the documents
