medical form validity
hi , i saw that medical forms validity is 4 years , before it was 2 years but in 2021, because of covid uscis extended it . anyone who has information about it ?

@Bill : ) would they ask for it even if my pd is not current? I will travel in August and my medical exam will due on july since it has been two years. afraid what if they ask for it when i am away .

@Bill : ) yes , she said she has one month to reply. and she said uscis usually do not send rfe if your pd is not current. is that so

when I received a cortesy letter in 2021 saying that I didn’t have sent my exams with my 485 they gave me a option to sent my exams before September 30 21 so it would be valid for 4 years. I sent the exams in September 16th 21, so I hope it works for 4 years….

@Lion of Judah I spoke with lawyer she said under current regulations, it is 2 years validity not 4..

xoxo xoxoI don’t know exactly I did what they asked me on the courtesy letter. For 2 years my exams will be valid until 16th September 2023 or 2025 if they use what was described on the letter. Let’s wait and see 😥. For nowadays I know it is valid for 2 years.
