No response after interview
Guys, can someone give me a light? My PD is July 2020, I-140 approved in April 2022 and interview held in February of this year, which comes out with an RFE requesting a document from my old student visa that I did not have in hand at the time of the interview but that I managed to send in the following day. Turns out I'm waiting for a response until the exact moment and nothing, not even a notice that they received my RFE response. 4 months have passed since my interview and I haven't received a response so far, this waiting is agonizing, would anyone know how to inform the average time to finally know the final verdict? gratitude!

@m g Is your PD current based on your country and did you try to reach out to USCIS by submitting a service request?

@Selith H Yes, I'm from Brazil and I contacted the USCIS who responded informing me to wait between 30 and 90 days from the date of the response. Their answers are always very generic😒

@Selith H I know right, they never provide any specific information but they are always quick to say that every case is unique. I am not sure when that 90 days will expire but I will suggest you raise another service request once it does and you did not hear from them. Best wishes!

I would also recommend reaching out to the Senator’s office. Depending on the city you live in, but they’ve been helpful in my case

@Lina K. Hello, thanks for your message. If so, do you recommend that I contact the office in the city where my case is? I've tried calling but the number is central and never local. Can you help me how should I do it? gratitude
