USCIS ombudsman
For everyone with their status out of normal processing time, the quickest way to handle it is to submit a case to USCIS ombudsman. they only accept a handful of situations, and take about 30 days to give you a response if they accepted your case. if they accept your case, they usually resolve it in 2 weeks.
This was a step that I randomly found after my case was 7 months out of processing time. wishin my lawyer told me sooner.
best of luck everyone.
USPS HOLD MAIL
Good Morning folks,
I just want to congratulate each of you who have got their GC or Approved. For those who have not, it's not the end of the world. Wait for couples of weeks and then reapply with this time correcting all mistakes USCIS has flagged. NEVER DISPUTE DENIAL DECISION because you will waist your time, money, and energy. Just reapply.
Secondly, for those who are waiting for their card, there is this option with USPS called " HOLD MAIL" in which USPS will hold ALL your mails for a month like that you will just go yourself to the post office and pick them up as soon as you received notification from Informed Delivery. That will reduce ALL inconvenience from those who deliver driver mails because to tell you the truth, they SUCKS. Their laziness makes others in danger and they don't realize that because you know what?? THEY DON'T CARE. So, to avoid all of the drama, just enroll "Hold Mail" at USPS. I am actually doing that for some years now and don't have issues as from Today. Especially for my important mails.
I hope my advice will be benefic to everyone here and GOOD LUCK on your future endeavors.
F1 to Green card, marriage based.
my case history: I have travelled on I-131 after receiving my combo card and didn’t have any issues. Also, our green card was approved with no interview for I-485. I had not submitted I-693 with the initial package, so received RFE for that and was asked to mail to field office in April 2023. May 2023- I-485 approved. Happy to answer any questions.

Anybody here use their assets like house (fully paid no mortgage) to sponsor your spouse? I need help. I submitted the copy of title. And i got rfe stating my sponsor didnt meet the required income tho he is only needing $1000 and his house value is now $600k. Do i have to get a joint sponsor or do i only have to resend the files ive sent them before.
Case Approved!!!!

F1 status with EAD under I-485
I’m in F1 status since 2019. I finished my MBA last year, Jan 2022. Got my EAD under OPT in Feb 2022 and another EAD under I-485 in May 2022. I started working for my employer until now. When my OPT expired last Feb 2023, I still continue working because of my EAD under I-485, at the same time I went back to school to maintain my F1 status while waiting for my GC approval. Someone told me from a FB group of EB visa / I-485 beneficiaries that my F1 will no longer be valid since I used my EAD. All these process were advised / guided by my immigration lawyer. But I’m a bit worried.
Any thoughts on this? Anyone with same experience?

It's approved!
So few mins ago, laying on my bed and asking God why, I decided to log into my uscis account and look around (looking for nothing.lol)
Everything looked same. My I-765 case was still reading 'being actively reviewed...' and other cases looked same. I casually clicked on the I-765 case and saw that it now has a document tab.
I opened the tab and there was an approval notice sitting in there...for my combo card. Been there since Friday! And the status didn't change anywhere. In as much as I feel that my case was delayed, I'm happy that I can visit my home country now.
Special thanks to those of you who wrote in with words of encouragement on my last post. I appreciate you all, God bless! To God be all the glory!
