Anybody here use their assets like house (fully paid no mortgage) to sponsor your spouse? I need help. I submitted the copy of title. And i got rfe stating my sponsor didnt meet the required income tho he is only needing $1000 and his house value is now $600k. Do i have to get a joint sponsor or do i only have to resend the files ive sent them before.

@psp _ did yours get accepted? we honestly dont want to bother someone. yes i submitted our recent property tax bill. the appraisal value is there. did you get a joint sponsor?

@psp _ so you didnt get any rfe yet? yeah thats what i also know and thats why i submitted those things in the beginning. we have copy of our appraised value that i submitted too.

@Gab C I am now in the same boat as you were I need to add the house is fully paid and I don’t want to bother anyone did you fill out a different form? how did you do the appraisal value can I use the one from the county property tax?
