USCIS ombudsman
For everyone with their status out of normal processing time, the quickest way to handle it is to submit a case to USCIS ombudsman. they only accept a handful of situations, and take about 30 days to give you a response if they accepted your case. if they accept your case, they usually resolve it in 2 weeks.
This was a step that I randomly found after my case was 7 months out of processing time. wishin my lawyer told me sooner.

what processing them is this based on? 50% or 80% of historical normal processing times?

yes I want to how much is the ombudsman since my i130 is being approved and they transferred the case to the department of the state

ombudsman is free. you submit a case online with them with details of your case and what's going on. and if they accept your case, they usually resolve it within 2 weeks to a month.

you can check if your case in outside of normale processing time online at USCIS case processing time. when you select your case type, and hit search, at the bottom, it will ask "when is your receipt date". that will show if your case is outside of normal processing time. only then, you can reach out to USCIS ombudsman

after bring out of normal processing time for 7 months, I randomly found out about the USCIS ombudsman in reddit. once I sent a request, that team accepted my case in 30 days, and two weeks after my I130 was approved. so definitely they work. google the uscis ombudsman and get more details.

uscis is not really the problem ,This administration priorities is mostly the humanitarian parole and the border issues which has sucked up personel for other duties. my 2 other petition was approved by the last administration both under six months until this dude got into office. Trump 24
