After the I-765 is approved, how long does it take for the card to arrive? I would like to know if the work permit comes with social security? (since I applied to obtain one in the same document as the i765)

so unfortunately the SSN comes a little after I got approved for I-765 on the 22nd may and the physical card came June 1 st and I’m still waiting for ssn

I would advise going to the local ss office. if you wait it might take forever to come or don't come at all. To make the process easier go to the office

I got my card when I called the ss office they told me it's best to come in. I went and got my ssn in the mail 5 days after
