My card is returned to USCIS - Insufficient Address
I had apartment number missing in my address. USPS returned the mail back to USCIS. I tried to call USCIS but got no response. How should I proceed further? and how long usually it takes to get this mail redelivered?

call them but don’t provide the receipt number to the operator, say you never received your receipt number, say service center, say yes to it has been more than 30 days, say yes you check the tracking number to see it has been received. repeat those answers twice and they will connect you to a Agent fast

You can go to your usps local office asap before they actually returned the mail back. If it was yesterday that they were trying to delivered your card, go there today as early as possible with your ID'S- before 11 a.m-... call all the locall office within your area with the tracking. If you mail left, you will have to wait much more longer to receive a replacement
